Employee Master Productivity, QR and, Audit

Note:

In the PowerQuery within PowerBi will need to create a relationship between the Standarzied Name and date to allow correct filtering across the different files.

Audit Report

  • Standardized Employee Name*(currently has the PAI user name, would need to ensure this is mapped)
  • Account number(used for Count if not pre-grouped)
  • Authorization review status
  • Legality Review Status

Quality Review

Create a form that will allow the Supervisor to enter the employee QR score and post it to excel.

Employee Adjustment File

Currently unable to accurately pull the data due to the structure. Once the Med/Ana GoA job is created we can eliminate the need for manual pull and only will require the actual adjustment. Will pull in Urgent and Elective into the Pre-Reg PCX Adjustment File.

Travel Day

     One of the hardest parts of writing for me is finding things to write about. Most of this will probably be part of brainstorming and manifestations. First I am grateful for humor, understanding, and people(for today). right now I am traveling to Flordia to meet up with my family to do a road trip. However, both my flight and my family's train were delayed. Although my flight is delayed in a greater amount then their train was delayed.

    For work, I want to create a form that will automatically push user information into a reference sheet that will be used to pull different information. I need to think of a way to include a reference that will "connect" the user to their various user names. My thought is to use their email address as the main identifier and for the end-user to submit multiple requests for their users and each host system. In other words, if the employee has 4 different access then they would input the data 4 times.



Employee Maintenance File




Microsoft Form - The supervisor will fill out one form for each host access the end-user has. Meaning if the employee works for Wave 1 the form will need to be submitted three times, 1 each for MH, GC, and SY.

PAI Excel - will be provided quarterly by Med/Ana via email, but should be pushed eventually via GoA directly to SharePoint. This will remove the need to save/overwrite the previous version.

  • Are they replacing a previous supervisor or net new?
    • A net-New supervisor will require a meeting to gather requirements/needs
    • Replacement - specify the Unit and Previous Supervisor name
      • Update the Tab name 
        • Need to remove names from reports found within the supervisor tabs. This will eliminate a step and is currently redundant.
