In the PowerQuery within PowerBi will need to create a relationship between the Standarzied Name and date to allow correct filtering across the different files.

Quality Review
Create a form that will allow the Supervisor to enter the employee QR score and post it to excel.

Employee Adjustment File
Currently unable to accurately pull the data due to the structure. Once the Med/Ana GoA job is created we can eliminate the need for manual pull and only will require the actual adjustment. Will pull in Urgent and Elective into the Pre-Reg PCX Adjustment File.
